Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Remote locations may take a little longer.

Insured & safe
Every parcel is securely packed and insured in transit. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
