Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
Refund method
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) via Razorpay. Bank processing times may add a few days.
Timeline
Refunds are initiated within [2–3 business days] of approval and typically reflect in your account within [5–7 business days].
Non-refundable cases
Worn or damaged items, items without original packaging, and clearance or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible, except where the item is defective.
